Ivorian side FC San Pedro have cancelled the contract of their head coach Amani Yao Lambert Cesar after just less than a month in charge.

The former ASEC Mimosas trainer was appointed on 11 December 2019 replacing Tunisian gaffer Jani Tarek who left the club following strings of poor results.

Yao guided the San Pedro based outfit in six games and failed to win any of them leading to his dismissal.

Out of the six games, San Pedro drew three and lost the other three.

They currently languish bottom of their group in the CAF Confederation Cup and are lying 8th on the Ivorian Ligue 1 classifications.
